U.S. Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands). If you are an international customer, please see international shipping below

We fill and ship orders from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of credit approval. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank's records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.

FedEx delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

Ground Delivery

Standard Ground delivery methods include both FedEx and USPS carriers. Standard Ground delivery method does not include delivery signature. Your package will be delivered by carrier without delivery confirmation. Profusion Cosmetics is not responsible for the safety of your package after it has been delivered by the carrier. We recommend that you select the Signature Ground delivery method in order to insure the safety of your package.

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all merchandise orders over $75 after discounts and taxes. For orders less than $40, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard Ground shipping. For other shipping options, please see the chart below.

Priority Delivery

Shipping rates for Priority Delivery are calculated at checkout.

Signature Confirmation

· Signature Confirmation on orders over $75 is available for $2.50 extracharge
· In order to protect the security of your delivery all U.S. orders over $250 before discounts, shipping and taxes require Signature Confirmation

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

• All packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
• Free shipping promotion does not apply to orders sent to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
• For APO/FPO Addresses, please select U.S. Military for country at registration.

How we determine rates

International shipping rates and delivery options are displayed in the Shopping Bag for all registered customers. 

Shipping rates are based on:
· product weight
· type of packaging
· destination country
· carrier shipping method

RISK OF LOSS, DAMAGE AND TITLE FOR MERCHANDISE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY WILL PASS TO YOU UPON OUR DELIVERY TO THE CARRIER. DAMAGED ITEMS DELIVERED THROUGH INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS WILL NOT BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED.

International Taxes, Duties and Custom Fees

Shipping charges do not include duties or taxes. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents. Please check with customs office for detail information.

USPS’s local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.C. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local postal office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD DOES NOT PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A SHIPPING METHOD THAT PROVIDES TRACKING INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENSURE A FAST AND SECURE DELIVERY OF YOUR MERCHANDISE.

· When using International 1st Class Mail you will receive a custom form number starting with LN. This is NOT a tracking number. The only information available on the USPS tracking page will be the date when the package was picked up by the carrier.

Delivery Time Estimate

All delivery times above are estimates only. For international orders, estimated delivery time does not include customs processing time. Processing and delivery times may vary during promotion and holiday periods.

Shipping Insurance

You can protect your package against loss or damage during shipping with insurance for the U.S. Postal Service for the following classes of mail:
· USPS First Class Intl. Mail
· USPS Intl. Priority Mail

Coverage

· Individual items damaged during shipping.
· Package loss during shipping. 
· Unclaimed packages from the local customs office are not eligible for insurance coverage.
· Orders with incorrect shipping address do not qualify for insurance coverage.
· Does not include shipping costs.

Claims

· Claims may be filed after 30 days from the shipping date displayed on USPS website
· All claims must include order number, recipient and tracking or customs number.
· Damage items claims must include a photo of the damage item along with the order number.
· Refunds will be awarded in the form of store credit for the amount paid for merchandise only. 
· Claim verification may take up to 14 days and you will be notified by email of the approval status.
· Reimbursements are limited to one claim per each order placed using a payment method other than store credit.
· Claim reimbursements are limited to a maximum of 3 reimbursements per year. 
· All claims must be made through the Customer Service department.

International shipping insurance is currently available for select countries only. All rules applying to international shipping insurance are subject to change without notice.

Possible Delays

All international orders when reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delay beyond original delivery estimates.

PROFUSION COSMETICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, DELAYS OR COMPLIANCE. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER COMPLIES WITH LOCAL CUSTOMS REGULATIONS.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from Profusion Cosmetics, you are responsible for original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Profusion Cosmetics. This amount will be deducted from your order.

Returned Shipments

If your order is returned due to undeliverable shipping address, you are responsible for original shipping charge, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Profusion Cosmetics. This amount will be deducted from your order.

· Free shipping promotion does not apply to international orders.

Shipping Promotions

Shipping Confirmation

When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail. The e-mail contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link to the carrier site. You can click on the tracking number to track your order. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact Customer Service.
